I thought Don was may friend before he represented me at trial in 2015. He charged us $25,000, and somehow I got sentenced to 50-75 years. He wasn't prepared for trial! He wasn't updated on the state law pertaining to custodial interrogations required to be recorded. He was updated on Supreme Ct. pre...cedent pertaining to warrantless cell phone searches being prohibited. He didn't research some critical issues of my case or call certain witnesses that could have possibly helped my case. He was late obtaining surveillance videos that would have helped if they had not been erased. He told me the judge would have his back during a pretrial hearing, but that wasn't quite accurate. At the end of my trial, and the guilty verdict came back I vanished. The next time I seen him was at sentencing. He told me he would come see me following sentencing, but I was left in tears wondering what just happened. During trial, he even showed me a text that came from his wife where she showed her breasts, yes, during trial!! Not her fault! Don has represented me/my son, several times. The 1st time we had hired a different attorney. She really messed things up even more, making a deal with the My 15 month old grandsons Mom that almost got him killed. Don was able to undo that and get him out of an extremely dangerous situation within 48... Hrs. Every time I have hired Don, he has been very aggressive toward the problem, and solved the problem. Can't say enough about Mr. Neville and Family. He not only helped me with a couple criminal cases, he won me custody of my son in just a short time (mind u, I've been tryin solo for yrs).....During this time, other issues came up and I needed Mr. Neville with very short notice and he did not hesitate... to represent me. Don and his wife Sarah have helped my family in many ways. He helped one of my children with a M.I.P. charge and for that ,we are all eternally grateful. He has helped a dear friend of mine. He was my divorce attorney and would no doubt have served me well , had my husband not been tragically killed ...at the onset of our divorce.
