I have been practicing law since 1995. I live in Williamston, Michigan with my family. My wife is a school psychologist. I enjoy spending time with my boys at my cabin in northeastern Michigan. I am an avid hunter and enjoy remodeling houses and fixing cars in my free time.
I graduated from Michigan State University with an BA. I attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School, where I participated in law review and graduated cum laude.

SO-SO
John handled a child custody case and didn't really know the law it seemed. We are still trying to undo mistakes made by his carelessness. Replied last March 16, 2011Sometimes, a custody case has a lot more to do with the client's actions or inactions prior to the case being initiated, than the actions of the lawyer who is trying to put "humpty dumpty back together again" after those actions or inactions have already taken place, in many cases years ago. Those type of clients often want to find someone else to blame for the "mistakes" they made in life and their attorney is usually unfairly targeted when the court renders its decision based on those mistakes. When such a client comes to me and discuss changing attorneys, I usually concur.
