Heather KS Nalley

I hired Heather over a year ago. She has went through various staffing issues. Unresponsive in returning emails or phone calls. Heather doesn’t hold herself accountable for not filling motions with the court, instead she chooses to blame her client and belittles them. Unprofessional behavior sweari...ng and threatening towards her clients. I would never recommend her to anyone.

Heather is the only attorney I have hired that has put me at ease. Efficient, straight forward, and represents her clients immensely. I have been battling for almost two and a half years to keep my daughter safe, and I would not chose anyone else. Heathers paralegals are very punctual, and have alway...s been extremely comforting and knowledgeable as well.

Heather worked very hard to prove my innocence! She contacted me often to discuss my case. She uses MyCase to make sure that you can access everything about your case online. She worked with me for a total of 4 months and went to court many times and every time I was shocked with her professionalism.... You will get what you pay for when you hire Heather! I recommend Heather to everybody.

I hired Heather Nalley for a criminal case, from the beginning is was always a hassle to get ahold of her. Then I just got something in the mail saying she is withdrawing from the case because of a “client attorney relationship breakdown” without her even notifying me or talking to me. Hands down the... WORST attorney I have ever hired and highly recommended not hiring Ms.Nalley mind you I payed a tremendous amount of money and I’ll probably never see that again. It honestly feels like she really doesn’t care about her clients.
