David represented me on a petition I filed for the Termination of Parental Rights , to terminate my abusive exes rights to my son. The case got taken to a trial by jury, which is almost unheard of in family law matters. He was so amazing, I'm not sure how to even explain it correctly. I work in the c...ourt system, and I have known quite a few lawyers in my time... and I have not met a better one than this man. Not once did I feel like we weren't on the same page in regards to what the goal was in this matter, or even as to why I was I doing this... In my experience, alot of Attorneys just don't get the dynamics involved in Domestic Violence, and how it correlates to Family Law matters. David did, absolutely. He always gave me sound legal advise that kept mine & my sons safety in mind, and always made time to discuss my concerns. I felt that he allowed me to play an active role in the progress and planning of this case, always showing respect for my thoughts and feelings. When we had conflicting viewpoints (which was rarely), he explained his view and let me make my own decision on how we would proceed... I went with his expertise (because, isn't that why we hire any attorney really?) and he did not once steer me in the wrong direction. Needless to say, we won our case & I am forever grateful and indebted to David for our safety and the future we now have. I could not have a higher praise or opinion of any attorney, and I would BEG anyone with any family law issues (ESPECIALLY in the context of Domestic Violence) to give David a call. He has been, simply put, a God send. He also practices criminal & personal injury law, and I have no doubts that he would be capable & effective counsel in either of these matters as well.
