I hired Nicole to help navigate the often confusing and complicated arena of Medicaid, as well as to review our existing Will, POAs and other forms. My Mom was not doing well and what we thought would help safeguard her lifetime of hard work and little savings was about to be taken away due to the need to seek the assistance of Medicaid. Nicole and her team were extremely knowledgeable and able to get the necessary documents and paperwork in order. During these times, it is often very difficult to be prepared for everyday let alone dealing with state requirements. She handled it with confidence and ease, we are greatly appreciative of her ability and technical expertise. She not only managed the Medicaid and the multiple state requested revisions, she also provided me with updated POAs and Will to ensure I could continue to be the best advocate for my Mom as possible. We would highly recommend her for any Elder Care needs that you or your family would require.

I wanted to say thank you for your diligence in the work you have done to preserve my family's assets. You took on a very challenging case with my father passing unexpectedly. We had not completed an estate plan, and we were in a very challenging spot. Your deep knowledge of the family planning law enabled you to develop a creative solution that was in the best interest of my family. My father was a barber for 50 years and made every dollar through hard work. Saving this money to pay for things like his grandchildren's college tuition is what he would have wanted. You are making this possible, and without you this never would have happened. You were able to preserve more of our estate and assets than we thought was possible. Thank you again for the outstanding and compassionate work.

Nicole was very professional and helpful. She took the time to make sure my family and I understood all our options. She answered all our questions and always had time for us. I would recommend Nicole to family and friends.

We hired Nicole Wipp to handle will and power of attorney documents for our son who was away at college. We wanted to be sure if something were to happen to him on the opposite side of the state matters would be covered. Since he was not local to the area, and that he was of legal age of 18, he had to contact her office in order to have a phone conference on how he wanted his will and power of attorney set up. She consulted with him on factors he should look at and let him make final decisions on his personal and medical matters. While he was home for Thanksgiving break the only day available to meet was literally on Thanksgiving which she made happen. I know of no other professional who would have taken the time on a weekend let alone a holiday to meet with us and our son to ensure all documents were to his liking and get them signed. Without a doubt I would, and have since, recommended Ms. Wipp to anyone looking for these type of services.

I paid for a consultation with Nicole at her Milford office. I wanted to meet at one of her other offices but every time I called to inquire about an appointment else where I was told they weren't accepting appointments in any other offices at this time. I did go to the first appointment and I didn't like the fact that I was required to provide all my personal information upfront or she wouldn't see me or speak with me. At the end of the meeting we briefly discussed prices and I almost fainted when she started going into the prices, I did my homework and she is overcharging by a long shot.
If I would have known the prices ahead of time I wouldn't have spent the money on the consultation fee. My advice? Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

I hired Nicole a ways back to help me with Medicaid for my father, I was very unhappy with the results I received.
When I went to the appointment I was charged upfront before I could even get into the door, her office was dirty and unorganized. After the first meeting we had I was not followed up with, I did hire because Nicole talked a good talk.
My husband and I worked closely with her so called 'paralegal' who was very unprofessional and unorganized. She spoke constantly of drinking. Also, for the price we were being charged I would expect her to dress more professionally - she was wearing tennis shoes and black running slacks.
It was unacceptable to me that we were being charged thousands of dollars and we hardly got to work with Nicole, the one we were paying for.
I wouldn't recommed Ms. Wipp to anyone dear to me.
My father passed before we were able to get the services we paid for and we were not issued our money back

Nicole Wipp is fantastic!. We initially met with her at her office in Milford, but were thrilled to learn she has additional offices in Brighton and Livonia. I work in Plymouth and Livonia was very convenient for me. My mother doesn't travel well and Nicole even drove to her home in Hartland to meet with her. Nicole is incredibly compassionate, accommodating and approachable. She made me feel at ease and more importantly, she made my mother feel comfortable. She helped create a Trust, which was detailed and much, much, more than the cookie-cutter version my mother was given years ago. She also helped my mother obtain VA benefits, even after my mother had been turned-down by the VA. Nicole's paralegal even came by our house for free to notarize some extra papers as a follow-up to her work. She was excellent, just excellent!

I received a final outcome I needed in difficult divorce. I actually interviewed several attorneys and was very lucky to select the right one: intelligent, hard working, and very cooperative. I always felt that she understood my position and represented [me] exactly how I wanted.
