Nicole Catherine Wipp

We hired Nicole Wipp to handle will and power of attorney documents for our son who was away at college. We wanted to be sure if something were to happen to him on the opposite side of the state matters would be covered. Since he was not local to the area, and that he was of legal age of 18, he had... to contact her office in order to have a phone conference on how he wanted his will and power of attorney set up. She consulted with him on factors he should look at and let him make final decisions on his personal and medical matters. While he was home for Thanksgiving break the only day available to meet was literally on Thanksgiving which she made happen. I know of no other professional who would have taken the time on a weekend let alone a holiday to meet with us and our son to ensure all documents were to his liking and get them signed. Without a doubt I would, and have since, recommended Ms. Wipp to anyone looking for these type of services.
