David K. Sucher

David was my 4th (and last) Attorney I retained during a HIGHLY contested divorce/custody battle. Prior to David all 3 legal counsel left me with nothing less than a debacle! No other Attorney I spoke to wanted to even meet to discuss the possibility of taking over the "mess." Not David Sucher! Hi...s response "I'm intrigued; Can you meet me tomorrow?" After meeting with David I knew he was the attorney I needed! David helped me through a horrible divorce. Not only was he always available by phone..even on the weekends, he never nickeled or dimed me. Why people pay these huge retainers fees for these high end lawyers is beyond me. The law is the same regardless. David always had a way to balance me out wh...en my emotions got the better of me. I would recommend David to anyone going through a divorce. His kindness and great sense of humor helped me through some dark moments but the fact that he cared more about me than my wallet was priceless!

David represented me years ago when I was ending my marriage. I had to pay my ex off, with contingent to selling my house, when the market plummeted. David said as long as you have your house on the market. There isn't anything he can do about it. David was wrong! My ex took me back to court, and I... had to get a home equity loan to pay him off. I wasn't able to receive alimony. The excuse was I have a degree in Criminal Justice, and can a get a job in that field. So wrong! My ex paid 69% of the ortho bill. He was never required to pay any dental bills for my son's. I can't touch my ex pension. I would beware, and find another attorney!!

David currently represents me in a custody case. He is fair and more importantly ethical. He is my third attorney and by far the best and most knowledgeable. It is unfortunate that I wasted so much time and money on the others.
