I have practiced law for over 21 years. My primary practice is estate planning, probate, and trust administration.  I have had some of my clients for the last 23 years, and these clients become like family to me.  When I do an estate plan, I make sure the estate plan meets their specific needs and situation, and that my client understands the plan put in place for them.  A comprehensive estate plan incudes a will, power of attorney for finances, and power of attorney for health care.  I prepare revocable trusts for the clients who are best served by a trust.  A trust plan also includs the above named documents.

Probate and trust administration occurs after death.  I represent many estates for my clients who have passed.  The goal of the probate action or trust administration is quick and efficient handling of the estate, including selling of the real estate and managing the financial accounts and investments held in the estate.

When a client can not come into the office, I am always willing to make a home or hospital visit.  Often, families want immediate estate plan because of either a planned vacation or an illness, threatening death.  In either situation, I can meet your time contrainsts, even when it requires a home visit.

To more efficiently handle the estate, the tax returns can be completed in the office by the sister firm, Tax Advantage .  

During my years of service, have provided legal services at legal aids centers across the metro Detroit area and have moderated several seminars for the Institute for Continuing Legal Education. My litigation experience comes from years of litigating cases for the Department of Human Services.
