David Sucher was a Godsend during my divorce. All I can say are great things about David. He is ethical, honest, trustworthy and an exceptional attorney. David knows the law and the system well. Divorce was the most traumatic event that I have ever been through, and with David I was able to ...get through it. He was the light that guided me through the dark tunnel. Before I hired David, I had two other attorneys that did not represent me well. The other attorneys over charged me but David was extremely fair and even won some of my attorney fees. He is very accessible and always returned my phone calls promptly. Best of all he did not charge for every phone call. David is an attorney that truly cares about his clients. He always had my best interest at heart and counseled me on some very difficult decisions. He tells you the truth, and what will be the realistic outcome. David has a way of calming you during the storm so you can make a well-informed decision. If the action you want to take is achievable he will fight and deliver optimal results for you. David was my divorce attorney. He did get me divorced in the end as I imagine cannot be too difficult for any lawyer. He did only do just what was needed to get by. I was receiving unemployment and had to pay for my ex's lawyer and child support in then when we shared custody! We than later went ...to court to resolve the child support and agreed that nobody would pay. Well for some reason the FOC didn't update their info since they are still charging me. I contacted David for advice and he basically washed his hands of the matter and blamed it on Wayne County's messiness. He said I'd probably have to file another motion to clear it up. Thanks for nothing! If you're looking for a mediocre lawyer who will "get the job done" hire this cheeseball!
