There are not enough words, I am incredibly grateful for David. David was recommended from a friend of ours. He was an advocate for my children and I during my divorce. Incredibly patient and kind walking us through each process, firm when fighting for what mattered most to us, reasonably priced, and... an overall great attorney that I could completely trust.

David was referred to me by a friend as someone that could handle my contentious divorce, and thankfully that turned out to be correct. My divorce was high conflict, and dragged on much longer than it should have, but David was there for me every step of the way to handle every single roadblock that... was thrown in our way. He was a wonderful resource for legal advice on how to navigate issues presented along the way, of which there were many. Obviously divorce is never easy, and tensions are high, but David has a way of breaking down issues and being logical that I really appreciated. He was extremely helpful with diffusing tense situations caused by my ex, helping me to leave emotions out of the decisions I was making. He was an advocate for me and my children throughout this process, and I am happily enjoying my regular parenting time with them. Even though my divorce is over, I have had several questions for David and as always he has been approachable, helpful, and prompt with his replies and help. I would recommend David to anyone, he is an excellent lawyer as well as a nice person. I have no hesitation utilizing him for any issues that arise in the future for my kids and I.

Having had one of the nastiest divorces in history outside of Michigan, I hired David to handle the custody and parenting time portion which was left to be determined when my ex moved there. I have NEVER dealt with a better, more honest, caring attorney. In fact my spell check just questioned the w...ord attorney after those adjectives. David was very upfront from the beginning, did a great job of setting expectations, and was always extremely accessible. His communication was outstanding, as no email ever went unanswered, or phone call un returned. And more importantly, he did not charge me for every phone call, or email. Having had my divorce attorney actually charge me for an hour because "he was up in the middle of the night thinking about my case" this was truly refreshing. All and all I can not say enough about David's integrity, work ethic and professionalism. He is a great attorney, who I am hoping to never have to work with again :}

David has turned an absolute nightmare of a fight into a much more tolerable experience. Not only has he fought tirelessly for us, but he is the only reason we have custody of the children. Prior to him we had a horrible lawyer that literally let their mom kidnap the kids. David has gone above and be...yond getting us the kids back, getting custody and has helped us deal with every road block and bump along the way, on top of cleaning up our previous lawyers mess. He has communicated thoroughly with us every step of the way and clearly laid out on the table for us what we should expect at each and every turn this fight has taken. David is beyond excellent, and it is with out a doubt, he is the only reason we not only have the children and our sanity. He even handled her false accusations and intentional road blocks with poise and knowledge. In addition he was smart enough to keep a close track of communication between himself and other lawyers, which helped immensely in court. We can not speak highly enough of David!

David was my 4th (and last) Attorney I retained during a HIGHLY contested divorce/custody battle. Prior to David all 3 legal counsel left me with nothing less than a debacle! No other Attorney I spoke to wanted to even meet to discuss the possibility of taking over the "mess." Not David Sucher! Hi...s response "I'm intrigued; Can you meet me tomorrow?" After meeting with David I knew he was the attorney I needed! David's demeanor/responses let me know that he not only welcomed a challenge; was HONEST in stating "I cannot re-invent the wheel; however, I'll try my best to turn the table!" That was 2 years ago. He still is fulfilling that statement!!! Through my case that has been nothing less than pure hell; David is/has been a Saint! SO HERE IT IS; IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AN ATTORNEY THAT IS: * A "BULLDOG" in the courtroom *Writes Motions; responses; pleadings; APPEALS with GRIT *Truly cares about his clients (it shows in his writings; and in court) *ALWAYS returns your calls promptly (even while on vacation) AND HATES TO LOSE David IS THE ONE YOU NEED! Trust me I've had my fair share; just wish I came across him first. In my opinion David is the best Family Law Attorney in Oakland, Macomb, St. Clair and Lapeer County PERIOD! I cannot Thank you Enough David!
