David has turned an absolute nightmare of a fight into a much more tolerable experience. Not only has he fought tirelessly for us, but he is the only reason we have custody of the children. David was my 4th (and last) Attorney I retained during a HIGHLY contested divorce/custody battle. Prior to David all 3 legal counsel left me with nothing less than a debacle! David was my divorce attorney. He did get me divorced in the end as I imagine cannot be too difficult for any lawyer. He did only do just what was needed to get by. I was receiving unemployment and had to pay for my ex's lawyer and child support in then when we shared custody! We than later went ...to court to resolve the child support and agreed that nobody would pay. Well for some reason the FOC didn't update their info since they are still charging me. I contacted David for advice and he basically washed his hands of the matter and blamed it on Wayne County's messiness. He said I'd probably have to file another motion to clear it up. Thanks for nothing! If you're looking for a mediocre lawyer who will "get the job done" hire this cheeseball!

David represented me years ago when I was ending my marriage. I had to pay my ex off, with contingent to selling my house, when the market plummeted. David said as long as you have your house on the market. There isn't anything he can do about it. David was wrong! My ex took me back to court, and I... had to get a home equity loan to pay him off. I wasn't able to receive alimony. The excuse was I have a degree in Criminal Justice, and can a get a job in that field. So wrong! My ex paid 69% of the ortho bill. He was never required to pay any dental bills for my son's. I can't touch my ex pension. I would beware, and find another attorney!!
