Having had one of the nastiest divorces in history outside of Michigan, I hired David to handle the custody and parenting time portion which was left to be determined when my ex moved there. I have NEVER dealt with a better, more honest, caring attorney. In fact my spell check just questioned the w...ord attorney after those adjectives. David was very upfront from the beginning, did a great job of setting expectations, and was always extremely accessible. His communication was outstanding, as no email ever went unanswered, or phone call un returned. And more importantly, he did not charge me for every phone call, or email. Having had my divorce attorney actually charge me for an hour because "he was up in the middle of the night thinking about my case" this was truly refreshing. All and all I can not say enough about David's integrity, work ethic and professionalism. He is a great attorney, who I am hoping to never have to work with again :}

David was my 4th (and last) Attorney I retained during a HIGHLY contested divorce/custody battle. Prior to David all 3 legal counsel left me with nothing less than a debacle! No other Attorney I spoke to wanted to even meet to discuss the possibility of taking over the "mess." Not David Sucher! Hi...s response "I'm intrigued; Can you meet me tomorrow?" After meeting with David I knew he was the attorney I needed! David's demeanor/responses let me know that he not only welcomed a challenge; was HONEST in stating "I cannot re-invent the wheel; however, I'll try my best to turn the table!" That was 2 years ago. He still is fulfilling that statement!!! Through my case that has been nothing less than pure hell; David is/has been a Saint! David was my divorce attorney. He did get me divorced in the end as I imagine cannot be too difficult for any lawyer. He did only do just what was needed to get by. I was receiving unemployment and had to pay for my ex's lawyer and child support in then when we shared custody! We than later went ...to court to resolve the child support and agreed that nobody would pay. Well for some reason the FOC didn't update their info since they are still charging me. I contacted David for advice and he basically washed his hands of the matter and blamed it on Wayne County's messiness. He said I'd probably have to file another motion to clear it up. Thanks for nothing! If you're looking for a mediocre lawyer who will "get the job done" hire this cheeseball!

David helped me through a horrible divorce. Not only was he always available by phone..even on the weekends, he never nickeled or dimed me. Why people pay these huge retainers fees for these high end lawyers is beyond me. The law is the same regardless. David always had a way to balance me out wh...en my emotions got the better of me. I would recommend David to anyone going through a divorce. His kindness and great sense of humor helped me through some dark moments but the fact that he cared more about me than my wallet was priceless!
