Replied last August 17, 2022I am sorry that you were upset about our phone call, but in fairness, what you describe is not what happened. I told you that I must treat the very first phone contact we have differently than I would if we were meeting at my office face-to-face. I said that I needed to have a brief overview of your legal issues and that I needed to ask a few questions to make sure that your legal problem was something that I could even help you with, before hearing your entire story. I even described our first phone call and my questions for you by comparing it to first seeing the coming attractions at a movie theater before viewing the main feature. And when I told you that I could not sue for an incident that happened back in 1994 you became hostile. You would not let me ask even one follow up question after that. Again, I am sorry for your legal predicament, but please do not misstate what really happened.

Extremely rude
On initial phone call, Tom asked about information I was not comfortable sharing.
