Biography
Alex Berman has represented injured workers exclusively for more than 30 years and has recovered millions of dollars for his clients. Alex believes that every injured worker deserves to know his or her legal rights in order to receive fair compensation under the law.
Alex decided years ago that general practice law firms were not providing the very best legal representation for injured workers. As the founding member of the law firm, he has set the standard for excellence in workers compensation law. Notable Michigan workers compensation cases:
- Handled multiple workers compensation claims for employees who had injuries or disabilities from two large automotive suppliers which closed their plants. Each of the more than 25 clients succeeded in receiving significant settlements.
- Successfully won benefits for a client who became paralyzed after the insurance carrier refused to pay workers compensation. To date, she has received more than $1 million in benefits.
- Received one of the largest workers compensation settlements in Michigan, for a client who lost her arm in an industrial accident.

Horrible, unresponsive poor representation.
