I got hurt at work. I blew my shoulder out and it affected my neck. Once the doctor told work comp that my neck might be involved, they started denying me. I retained Mr. Berman when I was injured at work. In nearly a year of representation he did next to nothing on my behalf, would seldom answer my questions or respond to calls or emails. The few times I could get him he would become annoyed and even once threatened that if I did not email an apology h...e would drop my case. Avoid this man at all costs. I finally got a new competent lawyer who had the entire case settled in less than 4 months after I was nearly ruined financially by Mr. Berman's incompetent representation.
