Biography
Jalal J. Dallo is a Michigan criminal defense attorney and the founder of Dallo Law, P.C. He represents individuals facing serious criminal charges throughout Southeast Michigan, with a particular focus on Controlled Substance Distribution, Domestic Violence, and Criminal Sexual Conduct (CSC) defense, along with complex criminal defense.
With more than 17 years of experience, Mr. Dallo has represented clients at every stage of the criminal process, from the initial investigation and arraignment through pretrial litigation, plea negotiations, evidentiary hearings, jury trials, and sentencing. His approach is straightforward: prepare every case carefully, communicate honestly with the client, and pursue the best lawful outcome the facts and circumstances permit.
Mr. Dallo believes effective criminal defense requires more than simply appearing in court. Every case begins with understanding the evidence, the client, and what is truly at stake. A criminal charge can threaten a person's freedom, career, professional reputation, family, and future. For that reason, Dallo Law intentionally limits the matters it accepts so that each client receives meaningful attention and individualized representation.
Mr. Dallo's practice includes DUI and OWI offenses, felony and misdemeanor criminal charges, assaultive offenses, drug offenses, theft and property crimes, weapons allegations, and other serious state criminal matters.
Negotiation is an important part of criminal defense, but it is not a substitute for preparation. When an appropriate resolution can be reached through negotiation, Mr. Dallo works to achieve it. When a case requires litigation, he is prepared to challenge the prosecution's evidence, file appropriate motions, conduct evidentiary hearings, cross-examine witnesses, and take the case to trial.
Mr. Dallo founded Dallo Law on the principle that clients deserve both vigorous advocacy and candid advice. He does not believe in making promises about outcomes. Instead, he believes an attorney earns a client's trust through preparation, accessibility, sound judgment, and integrity.
Mr. Dallo is admitted to practice law in the State of Michigan and currently practices primarily in Oakland, Macomb, and Wayne Counties and throughout Southeast Michigan.
In addition to his courtroom practice, Mr. Dallo has written about the legal profession and the importance of integrity in the practice of law. Delivers above and beyond
I was facing 4 years felony for manufacturing marijuana. When it was all said and done, 2 misdomenors 6 months non reporting probation. One of the misdomenors will disappear after 1 year Thanks Jay You are the very best
