I had a very disappointing experience with this personal injury auto accident attorney. Communication was consistently poor—I often went long periods without responses to emails or calls, and I was not kept informed about important developments or changes in my case. I frequently had to follow up jus...t to find out what was happening. Ultimately, the case was settled for a very low amount, and I did not feel that my interests were strongly advocated for or that alternative strategies were adequately explained. The lack of transparency and responsiveness made an already stressful situation much worse. If you are looking for an attorney who will actively communicate, keep you informed, and aggressively pursue fair compensation, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I was injured in a accident and thought I had the right lawyer to represent me. I was wrong he was distant, and cold me not knowing how these things go because this was my first time being involved in a legal case. Brent and his assistant at the time were not on top of things regarding my case I Woul...d fax over documents needed and they claim they never received them after I received confirmation, to add insult to injury he blamed me for not faxing over the documents and settled for a low amount without consulting me. I was pissed due to me being injured it was a slap in my face, and waste of time. I regret this experience.

I went to Brent thinking he had my best interest but instead he was cold and distant did understand my pain or situation... never really kept in contact with I would hear from him every now and then then one day called me up wanted me to settle for a low claim was very upset about it when I didn't.... then stop representing me all together I would not recommend any one to waste their time unless you have been hit by a city dump truck or had a fall in a department store the he might represent you to the fullest I just hate that he wasted my time .

I called Mr. Sitto about a month after my accident. I did not have a car anymore after the accidnet. I was very injured and had no way of getting to see my doctors to get treatment and medications. Right away he was able to get a transportation company to take me to all of my doctors and appointme...nts. I didn’t have a claim number at that time but he still made sure I was taken to the doctors that I needed to see. Before I called I didn’t know that my car insurance would have to pay for that.
