I have had the pleasure of having this "defense" attorney assigned to my case against a police department of a suburb of Metro Detroit as, my court appointed attorney and she has not done anything on my case in almost 2 months she has had my case. I was not surprised to learn that she was just remove...d from a 30 day suspension by the State for judging a client. Making no secret about how she really felt that he was guilty, 24 hours prior to receiving my court case. Guess what my issue with is? She is judgmental, unpleasant, dishonest and just plain ole sheisty. I fear for anyone who is in her path, should she keep her license after I'm filing complaints. It pained me to have to give her a star but I had to so that I could comment. Consider yourself warned.

I was charged with a OWI and called Ms OMeara she spoke to me for about 20 mins giving me direction on how to handle my arraignment. I was not in the position to hire an attorney at the time. After her advice on how I should manage my arraignment she recommended an excellent attorney that could handl...e my matter. The attorney I retained on her recommendation was pleased with the advice I was given and the state of my case. While I did not retain her I would and have called her for advice since then.
