I have used Mike Granzeier with all my DUI cases and now my license restoration hearing. He is extremely thorough and explains all the details every step of the way. My case was pretty unique. I had 2 DUI's on my record from 1999 and 2001 in the state of Michigan. I received multiple driving on suspended as well trying to maintain a job. I ended up moving to California in 2005 and tried to do an out of state hearing myself in 2009. I was denied and finally in... 2015 contacted Michael. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We set up a plan and information I would need to gather. He was with me every step of the way. A few months later after he reviewed my paperwork we sent it to the state for review. On the first try I was granted my full license. There would've been no way I would've known the ins and outs of the review and how to structure my appeal if it were not for Michael. Mr. Granzeier is a dedicated and a very proficient lawyer in helping me obtain my license back after being revoked for dui. He is very knowledgeable and without him I don't think I would have had my driving license restored. My first attempt Mr. Granzeier got me a restricted license! I had a DUI causing serious bodily injury and leaving the scene of an accident. I was so scared to go to my hearing but Mr. Granzeier prepped me for what to expect at the hearing. I was without a license for ten years because I was so afraid... to go through with my hearing. Everything looked so bad to me in black and white. Mr. Granzeier made sure I had everything in order. He meticulously goes over your paper work ensuring everything is perfect. I’m so glad I chose him to represent me. My first try the hearing officer granted me interlock for a year. After being without a license for so long, I’m grateful for that. I lost my license back in February 2013 and hired Mike the following month.. Mike took me through the process in detail what was going to be expected of me in order to get a restricted license with an interlock device in my car.. He was with me step by step and made himself available to talk around m...y work schedule, which sometimes meant at 3 am... When we finally went for my hearing mike got me the best restricted license one can have with an interlock device....I hired mike again for my next hearing the following year. Again he was with me step by step and my paperwork was extremely detailed to perfection. At my hearing Mike got my driving privileges restored and I now have full driving privledges back!!
