I was facing my 2nd- Retail Fraud in the 3rd degree charge. I was terrified at what this would do to my life in the long term. I spent hours on-line researching attorneys. My mom made a bad decision and was facing a misdemeanor charge. My mom is from another country so her English is not very good. I was worried she wouldn’t get a good outcome without an attorney, but was concerned about the cost. After much research I found Jonathan. After a few minutes with prosecutors Jonathan returned and informed us that he was able to get the prosecutor to agree to the double dismissal, which is what we were hoping for, but we still had to see if the judge would accept it, so we had to wait nervously again. When my mom was called before the judge, Jonathan passionately explained the situation to the judge as well as my mothers regret and the steps she had taken to show that she wouldn’t repeat the same mistake. The judge upheld the double dismissal with minimum probation and community service. My mother and I are extremely grateful, and we highly recommend Jonathan and his team if your looking for a strong, but supportive defense team.
