I made the worst mistake of my life one night in June. I got into my car after a night of drinks. Turning out of the bar, I pulled onto a wrong way and was immediately pulled over. I blew enough to get charged with a high bac DUI. After the night from hell, I got on the web and started reading abou...t lawyers. I called a couple and they pretty much said there wasn't that much they could do for me in my county. Washtenaw county does not plea deal on high bac DUI charges AT ALL! I found Johnathan and emailed him! He responded immediately! He said he could help me and gave me a proactive plan to work on. I put in the work and learned a lot about what got me in this situation that night. I felt a tremendous amount of guilt about what I did and the community service piece of the plan gave me a way to give back! My court day came and we decided to go to bench trail. At the trial Johnathan was able to get my charges reduced to a regular DUI and NO PROBATION! The work paid off and I learned a lot during the process. I will not make this mistake again! I hired Jonathan for an OWI case in a very tough court. He put me on a plan from day one, and I was able to show the prosecutor and the judge that this was an isolated part of my life, and not who i really am. As a medical professional, I was worried about my license, but Mr. Paul put me in a p...lace where I was able to keep that, and I am doing better than ever at work, and in my life. I could not more highly reccomend Mr. Paul if you are facing any charge regarding impaired driving. I was facing a super drunk charge and was fairly certain I was going to lose my license/get fired from my job, a veritable domino effect of horrible things. I contacted Mr. Paul two days after I was re...leased from the police station. He provided me with a proactive plan that ended with my charge being lowered to an OWAI, sparing me the loss of my license, potential jail time, ignition interlock on my vehicle, a far lengthier term of probation, and much fewer overall costs associated with my deep lapse in judgement. Though the consequences of my poor decision are going to be affecting me for another year or thereabouts, Mr. Paul has changed my circumstances from life ruining to quite manageable. For that I am deeply grateful, once again I would highly recommend Mr. Paul. For all intents and purposes the court had me dead to rights, but with his help my life is not ruined from this fiasco.
