Staci D. Giske

Staci D. Giske has been practicing family law for over 15 years, and she has the education to back it up. She is a graduate of the James Madison College and Honors College at Michigan State University. Staci graduated with honors in 1996 and went directly to the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. While there, she attended the London Law Program and interned at the prestigious and historic Gray’s Inn.

Giske is always striving to be the best lawyer for Michigan families. She is committed to continuing legal education. She attends the annual Family Law Institute hosted by the Institute for Continuing Legal Education and seminars hosted by the State Bar of Michigan and the American Academy of Matrimonial Law. Staci always takes time to keep up with changes in the law. With all this training, she is well prepared to handle any of your family law needs.

Staci D. Giske’s top priority is to be a partner to her clients as well as their advocate. She understands that hiring a family attorney is usually a necessary evil for most people, so she always addresses her clients’ personal needs to help them get through a very difficult time in their lives.

Staci is also a loving mother. She and her husband live in Oakland County with her three children. She recognizes that divorce is often a moment of crisis, but it can also be an opportunity for personal growth. She takes the “counselor” part of her title seriously and does what she can to help her clients heal. She teaches her clients co-parenting strategies and recommends settlement options that will help them move on after the case is over.
