Alex was so thorough and explained every step of the way. My case was a sticky mess. Alex met with me on several occasions and returned my phone calls/emails quickly. Above and beyond, to say the least.

My wife and I had a hold put on our bank account and we genuinely were thought we were screwed. Alex immediately got the hold off our account and kept us from losing our place to live. He helped walk us through the process of bankruptcy and patiently explained terms we didnt quite understand. He was very reassuring that we weren't the only people that were hesitant and nervous to file. His friendly disposition helped calm my wife about the situation and that is no easy feat. He made the process and rules very clear from the beginning. I lost my father and became entitled to money and that re-opened my bankruptcy case. Alex was beyond helpful in dealing with the debtors and the nightmare of a benefit company. Without his help, we would probably still be fighting with the benefit company. His understanding of the system and willingness to contact the debtor's trustee to keep them off my back was impressive and a major burden off my shoulders. Alex treated me like a friend from day one and was sympathetic to my frustrations. Great guy, phenomenal attorney.

Awesome Just Awesome

Honestly, you would have to be a wordsmith to accurately describe Attorney Alexander Berry- Santoro. He is patient, kind and very knowledgeable about various aspects of the law. He follows up and follows through regarding your concerns. Attorney Berry-Santoro exudes and exhibits excellent customer service. He is extremely honest and will not steer you wrong. He addressed all of my issues in the initial consultation; therefore, his services were no longer needed. However, if I were you and needed a brilliant, effective and results oriented lawyer, I would not hesitate to contact and HIRE him!

Alex is great. He gave honest advice and I ended up with a great outcome. He also continued to assist me with the discrepancies of the opposing party after the court order was obtained without any additional fees. In other words he went out if his way to assist the other party in following the court order and didn't have to. He's an honest attorney and tells his clients the truth, and then helps them deal with it.

Awesome

We talked with him the day before we had court regarding a land contract issue. He jumped right on the phone and before the end of the day we had an agreement. We went to court and he reviewed the agreement before we were called and had everything set to go. Will definitely use Alex again.

Compassionate, Understanding, Professional, Meticulous, and just AWESOME!

Start-to-finish; I have been impressed with Alex. With my initial phone call, he helped me feel confident with my options and even gave me ideas that excluded his services. I felt at-ease on the consult when he also showed great compassion about how difficult time this was for me. He never talked down to me or treated me negatively. Garnished funds returned

I had filed bankruptcy and one of the companies that were included in the bankruptcy still garnished my state taxes for 2 years. The first lawyer was unable to secure an answer about getting it back then Alex got involved and he solved the issue with in a month or less. I didn't have to contact him he kept me updated by text as to what was going on.

So Thankful for his help

Mr. Berry-Santoro helped me take back control of my financial life! Earlier this year a creditor started garnishing my income, I was already living check to check and had two vehicles repossessed by the bank. I went to his office in a panic and Mr.Berry-Santoro was able to help me relax by explaining exactly how chapter 13 bankruptcy worked. He helped me by expediting my case in order to stop the garnishments as soon as possible. He answered all of my questions in his office and was VERY quick to respond to all the follow up questions I had via email. He treated me like a human being and not like I was “just another client”. His staff was also just as friendly, helpful and comforting. Hiring Alexander Berry-Santoro was one of the best decision I’ve ever made.
