For one reason or another, the party responsible for delivering said 9 enrolled bills, failed to present them to the governor. The next legislature, beginning 1/2025, refused to deliver the 9 bills. National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA) and National Consumer Law Center have taken the charge in aiding the court in helping it better understand the implications of this situation on our democracy.
