Born and raised in Niagara Falls, New York, I moved to Michigan in 1978 to attend Eastern Michigan University. I graduated in 1982 with a BA in Accounting and Business Management. Thereafter, I took and passed the CPA exam, becoming a Certified Public Accountant. In 1985, I attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School and graduated with my Juris Doctorate in 1987. In 1991, I went into private practice and opened Babut Law Offices, PLLC.

10/10! My experience with attorney William C. Babut and the staff of Babut Law Offices, PLLC, was exceptional. Everyone was extremely helpful, informative, friendly, and professional. The office took additional safety and sanitation measures to combat COVID-19, and even offered clients the choice of an in-person or over the phone appointment/consultation. Great experience overall.
