Several years ago I was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute (one ounce) and running a drug house. I had been hosting one too many saturday night parties at my house until it caught up to me. Needless to say, I was extremely nervous about it, looking at close to a decade in... jail. Someone I knew recommended Mr. Biretta to me. It was the best advice I've ever received in my life. The guy is always overprepared. For instance, he arranged that I only had to sit in jail for about two minutes until I was taken to court. Impressive. After being driven to court the first thing that judge said was, "Sir, you are very lucky you hired such an exceptional lawyer." I'll always remember that. Now I understand just what he was saying. Mr. Biretta is exceptional. I served no jail time. I rehired him to get a felony charge expunged. The hearing was this morning and as expected he took care of it even better than the other lawyers there doing the same job. He even got letters of recommendation on my behalf to present to the judge unbeknownst to me! This guy's unbelievable! Mr. Biretta is very great with staying in touch and letting you know what's going on with your case. When you're in court you'll see he's the smartest guy in the room. He always takes my cases as seriously as I do. And most of all, he's a hell of a guy.
