Wasn't outcome hoping for

Replied last April 26, 2021Thank you for the feedback. To be fair, the client had three cases. One a CPS case against her, which she hired us for, and which we successfully resolved so that it was concluded and DHS removed jurisdiction over her. Once that occurred, then the orders in her 2 family law cases were controlling. These cases had ex parte orders from before we were ever hired on the CPS case. The client didn't like those ex parte orders. We offered to represent her in those two cases at extra affordable cost and she declined our help. So it is not fair to say that these family case orders - which we were never hired to help her with - should have gotten resolved at the same time as the CPS case, or to say that she is going through those cases "alone" when we offered to represent her in both. Bottom line; she started in a huge mess with three cases before hiring us, she hired us for only one case which we handled perfectly and eliminated, and now she still has a mess with 2 cases that she doesn't want to pay for representation to assist her, instead choosing to go it alone. I understand the frustration, but we are not the cause. The ex parte orders which pre-dated our involvement are. Thank you.

Be very careful and do lots of research. The owner hung up on me during our consultation and his professionalism was awful. No amount of savings is worth the experience I had.

Replied last March 31, 2021I extendied a free 20 minute phone consult to 35 minutes, gave great advice that he admitted even his last two attorneys (same case) didn't give him, and quoted him a fee that was admittedly 50% of what other attorneys charged him, then telling me he didn't think I was showing enough concern for his case. I rushed off the call because I was late for my next one and he clearly wasn't impressed with me, and the feeling was mutual. So yes be very careful...if you are like that, you won't like us or our firm one bit. But most people love us, and God is good. Thank you for sharing.
