Mr. Sweeney became my Ch13 lawyer about 18 months into my case once my original lawyer sold his practice and he picked up my file. I had a ton of questions, and Mr. Sweeney answered them all. He also understood that "life happens" and whenever I ran into an issue, he was able to guide me on what I ...needed to send to him and communicated everything with my Trustee. I was discharged (yay) on 12/18/17 thanks to his hard work. I wasn't always the easiest client with tons of questions, but he made the voyage through my personal bankruptcy as painless as possible. I do NOT plan on ever having to go through this again, but if "life happens", I know where to turn.
