Annette J. Benson

Annette Benson is an outstanding attorney. She is a person of rectitude, and is very knowledgeable in her field which is family law. It includes, but is not limited to, child custody and child support. My case involved minor children, and custody was the crux of the litigation. She is very factual an...d analytical and knows how to present issues very clearly to the Judge/court. In addition, Annette is very trustworthy with all the information that she gathers for the case, and I put all my trust, my kids in this case, in her. She did an excellent job, and as a result, I was awarded sole custody of my kids. Suffice it to say that, when we went to court to finalize the case, the Judge said: “The kids won Ms. Benson.", for the kids were going to be with the right parent thanks to her efforts.
