I can’t tell you how disappointed I was in this firm. I hired Ms. Benson and immediately after paying my retainer fee, I realized I had made a mistake. Tons of unanswered phone calls and messages ended up costing me not only money, but time and added grief. She was disorganized, didn’t have proper do...cumentation on many meetings. When I went to court, one of her associates showed up and told the judge we wanted split custody...meaning a week at each parents house and then a week at the other parents home...we NEVER said this was the arrangement we wanted. I left after this and found another lawyer who actually KNEW the law. Don’t waste your time...

Annette Benson is an outstanding attorney. She is a person of rectitude, and is very knowledgeable in her field which is family law. It includes, but is not limited to, child custody and child support. My case involved minor children, and custody was the crux of the litigation. She is very factual an...d analytical and knows how to present issues very clearly to the Judge/court.
