Marc R. Lakin

I have read some reviews before mine and I want to share my story with Mr. Marc Lakin. Marc was my 3rd lawyer on the same case. The reason for that is because my 1st one failed miserably and I am glad I realized it early enough. The 2nd guy was just a bad lawyer. I am talking silk stalkings lawyers... and they couldn't built a case if it fell out of the sky it landed on their head. Marc is all business. First of all we agreed on a price. He was sympathetic that 2 lawyers before me took me for a ride and we agreed on a fixed price. It was not cheap but at least I knew what I was getting into. The problem when you do that is that if the attorney is not a trustworthy person you are screwed. Marc is a man of his word though. At times between court days I got scared, "what if he doesn't show" or "what if he hits me for more money".. Nope . Marc showed integrity and now I trust him all the way. As far as the quality of a lawyer. Before him I kept telling my wife that we are screwed because we couldn't find a kick-ass lawyer to take our case all the way. My 2nd attorney was trying to convince me to take a plea for something I didn't do. Are you kidding me? All he cared about was to get paid. Marc looked at my case and said. "you feel you were wrongfully accused don't you"? I said YES. He said "don't worry we will go through this together and you will be fine". I swear to you I thought he was BSing me. Now I know that he didn't bs me but he was sharing from experience. After I told him all the facts he kept coming with different defenses using the same information. I could not believe how brilliant this man is. Today we got the result we wanted. Dismissed. He is a TRIAL lawyer. If you want a plea go with just anyone. if you want someone who will actually fight for you and your rights then go with Marc. I am comparing Marc to 2 other Silk Stalking attorneys remember that. This was my first case ever but thank God I fired the other two. I sound like a commercial for him but he deserves it. Anything you want Marc. You made a friend for ever.
