Mark H. Magidson

Mark Magidson was appointed as appellate counsel in a case where the client presented him with evidence of prosecutorial jury packing in Washtenaw County. He refused to file the argument because his friend was the trial attorney. To make matters worse, Magidson refused to remove himself from the case, and refused to file the argument. And believe it or not, the then Clerk of the Court of Appeals removed the evidence from the court file!! And the appeals court eventually issued an order alleging that they did not see the statistical evidence on file!! To make matters worse, the trial court struck Black jurors at sidebar without making a record of why they were struck, and Magidson refused to raise that (Batson) argument!! Unfortunately, Wastenaw County has moles in the appeals court that hide the sewage and filth in the trial court. And many of the prosecutors involved are career prosecutors who are hired by the AG and even move on to appointed judgeships.

This man is lazy, tardy, mentally preoccupied with other issues. I am embarrassed to have him represent me. Run !!! don't walk away from this man. If you look up the word shyster in a dictionary his picture should be there. I hired him in a divorce case I would happily hire my wife's lawyer instead ...of this clown. Once he gets your money his attitude changes. I would not hire him if he was the last lawyer on earth.

Mr. Magidson is an excellent attorney who is very responsive to his clients needs. He works tirelessly on your case and always keeps you informed.
