My son had his driver's license revoked several years ago due to 2 DUIs. He tried to get his license restored on his own several times but without success. This time we used an attorney. Aida was recommended by an AA member. She was very upfront with what it will take to get the license reinstate...d and managed our expectations. She and my son appeared together at his SOS hearing. Within a week he received his order of reinstatement (which was much faster than usual). Aida said that she has a high success rate (upper 90%) and she proved it to us.

Aida did an incredible job in preparing me for my license hearing. Her attention to detail and knowledge of the system all were critical to, what proved to be, a successful result. Our preparation meeting was very valuable, as she walked me through exactly how the hearing would play out. I hired Aida for a two different cases, first "Driving on a Suspended License and then "Driver License Restoration." I was pulled over in June 2017 for driving a suspended license, which I had no idea it was suspended. I thought I had a restricted license from my second DUI in 2011. Secretary of S...tate had a report from my breathalyzer company stating that I had a failed breathalyzer reading and that is why they suspended my license in 2014. I never received anything in the mail regarding this situation. I was always able to get my car registration and insurance, so I never knew there was a problem until I got pulled over. I hired Aida, on a recommendation from Dan Ambrose, to take care of me. She informed me that we needed to get the ticket taken care of first, because it would affect the ability to getting my license back. She was able to get the ticket changed to "an unlicensed driver being able to drive." This allowed us to go ahead with the Driver Restoration case because this ticket would not appear on my driving record. The Driver Restoration case was a lot of work. Drug Test, alcohol evaluation by a counselor, six different letters from friends and family, and then the hearing with the a Secretary of State Hearing Officer. Aida gave me great advice and helped me in everyway possible to make sure I had everything covered to the best of our ability. When the day came for the hearing at Secretary of State, we were going to try for a full license restoration, not just a restricted one (since I was actually fully suspended this usually never happens). The hearing could not had gone any better. Aida prepped me for the questions that would be brought up and I made sure that I delivered. FULL LICENSE RESTORATION! I know this could not of happen if I didn't use Aida as my attorney. She is the BEST at what she does and I HIGHLY recommend using her.

Aida represented me for driver's license reinstatement (which I got back on my first hearing - I got my response back in 6 days, which is FAR faster than the standard) - she was EXTREMELY thorough and patient - answered all my questions/what-ifs/etc., spent time going over everything to prepare me as... much as possible. She took notes every time we met - and was never judgmental or condemnatory w/regard to the specifics of my drinking history). She promptly followed up on all my concerns, and checked in to make sure I was prepared (i.e., she stayed in constant contact with regard to the things I needed to do, and to update me on her progress throughout). Before the hearing, we went over everything all over again, which was great, as she had a prepared series of questions for me to keep in mind for the hearing - which went exactly the way she prepared me. She was reasonable - money wise, but even more so than that, she treated my case with what seemed to be sincerity & genuine support to my understandable anxieties and interests. I don't think lawyers come any better than her! BIG PLUS!!!! >>>>>>>> She ISN'T one of those lawyers that you have to hound down to make sure they're actually doing what you're paying them to do - I believe she really loves what she does, so she consequently does an incredible job. <<<<<<<<<<<<<< P.S. She's gorgeous - so, that helps too (i.e., others in the legal community seem to really like her, so you'll probably have a better chance - just reality speaking).
