Is what I got when Aida took my case. My arrest for an OWI 3rd in MI came while I had an open OWI case pending in another state, and while charged with an OWI 3rd in MI it could have easily been a 4th. High BAC, almost 3 hours of police body and dash cam video along with four eyewitnesses is what she... had to wade through. My son had his driver's license revoked several years ago due to 2 DUIs. He tried to get his license restored on his own several times but without success. This time we used an attorney.
