Bankruptcy Case

Orlando Office of Keith Collier and Associates Dax Miller assisted me in filing chapter 7. After speaking with several attorneys regarding this type of case, Dax Miller was very knowledgeable, and professional. He was very responsive by emailing and following up with me. Walked me through the entire ...process of what to expect regarding the case. I highly recommend him for all your bankruptcy cases.

Mr. Milller's Great Legal Advice Has Lead Our Family on "the Road to Recovery"

Mr. Miller originally met with my wife and I to determine whether we would qualify for a chapter 7 bankruptcy. After much discussion, we determined that the best route for our family would be a chapter 13. Mr. Miller explained the whole process to the T. We are now about two months "deep" into... our case and everything has happened exactly as Mr. Miller explained to us. We could not be happier with the level of customer service that we have received from Mr. Miller. I have LITERALLY gotten responses on Saturdays and Sundays all within the last two weeks about little questions that (I would assume) most attorneys would ignore til a regular work day. Mr. Miller's "attention to detail" is unprecedented. I wish a certain local cable company would a take page out of their book.

Unsure whether to file bankruptcy during divorce or after? Do it during the proceedings!

HI! Are you struggling to decide whether you should file bankruptcy as an individual during or after your divorce because your soon to be ex has left you to pay all the joint marital debt on a single wage earner’s salary? My ex refused to pay court ordered alimony and my attorney fees in addition to ...our mortgage, credit cards, and his bank over drafts on our joint bank account…. I was torn as to whether to file chapter 7 during the divorce proceedings or after the divorce was settled because I knew I would never be able to pay these joint debts on my own. I tried to save our home but my ex was not cooperating. A foreclosure with deficiency and a 5 grand credit card he ran up with his girlfriend were weighing heavily on me. I consulted with a handful of attorney’s and was still confused whether to file now or wait until the divorce was over…That was until I spoke with Dax Miller. During our conversation, I realized that filing during the divorce proceedings and as soon as possible would give me the relief I needed and that this was the right step for me to take. Dax made the entire process uncomplicated. His laid back style put me at ease. He is a wealth of information and delivered it in a way that helped me understand without having to ask very many questions. Living outside of Orlando and facing other constraints, Dax was able to work with me and handle my case over the phone and by email. I never set foot in his office. He gave clear easy to understand instructions and my case was resolved without any issues. I am so thankful that I that Dax was available to assist me. If you are facing the same dilemma I was, don’t hesitate to call. Dax was straight forward with the fee and in comparison it was one of the lowest I was quoted based on my case facts. His office will work a payment plan out if you are unable to pay in full but will still file your case which none of the other firms offered. When you are already financially strapped and stressed out this is the law firm to turn to for guidance and closure. So again, I say file now…don’t wait. I filed for divorce, went through foreclosure then filed bankruptcy/completed all requirements and am waiting on my discharge. And guess what? My divorce is still pending! So yes, listen to Dax and get the relief you need now. Give him a call and let him assist you like he has me. You will be grateful you did…just as I am.
