Everytime I had to speak with any of the lawyers or staff (Robert+Amanda for the most part) I felt like I was talking to a friend and someone who was on my side and cared enough to get the job done right. I live in Daytona Beach and was very reluctant to drive all the way to Orlando/Winter Park just to find an attorney for my bankruptcy. After my free phone consultation Attorney Dax Miller, I was sold! Mr. Miller talked to me like a regular human being. He didn't "dumb it down" or make me feel like a... failure. He was very polite but also very direct. At one point during our consultation, I started rambling because I was so upset about my wages being garnished. Mr. Miller (politely) cut me off and reassured me that I had options and that I didn't have to simply "lie back and take it". The company garnishing my wages didn't even serve me or notify me that there was lawsuit against me!!!
