Nathan did a very good job. He however cannot change the laws in Indiana, he tried very hard to get me where I needed to go. However, I was cutoff from any pay with the company I worked for, WC because of supposibly reached MMI, disability because the company decided they no longer wanted the liabili...ty. We were informed to not contact the IME, however the WC insurance carriers case nurse did, repeatedly!!!?? If we were to contact him, my case probably been discharged! I'm speculating, but I find it hard to believe that after seeing my MRI's, that I paid for, the IME stated I was not at MMI! Then after doing a test to see if the fusion broke lose in my neck, which is a long way from being as definitive as an MRI, and the case nurse calling him several times a day, I made a miraculous recovery and the other bad disc he found healed itself? This doesn't include the broken fusion in my neck also???? Nathan tried his hardest to put it in front of the board, but when they quit paying you I was left with no choice but to settle! 6 months without pay hurt us bad, it was over 2 years since the accident and they don't care! To them we are a number after 20 years!! Thanks big coal company! Thanks sooo much, Nathan you have gave us hope!
