So my father and I hired this lawyer based on a google search for workman’s comp case. I read the reviews and approached this firm. Randy took on our case and has been great to us and prompt. What makes him prompt is his Legal Assistant Shawn Israel. Shawn has been so supportive and amazing to us and... has given us the best advice and will find out answers when she doesn’t have an answer. I appreciate this so much because as a person I know that I am not the only person that she deals with and we are not his and her only case. So, every time that I need something or have a concern regarding our case, Shawn responds diplomatically and professionally each and every time. Although she and Randy have many other cases, they treat us as if we are the only one. We wholeheartedly respect the firm and them as individuals working diligently for us. Another thing of many that I admire this firm for is how they are consistently working and staying in touch with us. This means so much to me and my father and we both highly recommend this firm due to our personal experience with them!!

When WC was giving me. I response Randy Klezmer step right in and got me the surgery I needed. I’m still going through a lot but with Randy Klezmer and Shawn Israel and Jennifer Scott on my side I Blessed and Grateful to have them I could not handle this WC case by my self. Shawn is not going to let ...a Email text or call she responds to them all. Back and forth With that WC insurance Comp. Randy does not play when it comes down to getting seen by the Doctors. and responding and answering His calls from you even on vacation He responded. This Law firm with Randal Klezmer and Shawn lsreal has made it easier to deal with because it’s a lot still going on and they stay in touch. You need them on your side if you have a WC case.

They were great at first then after months of the insurer not sending out the TTD benefits and them not sending me to P.T. and doctors in a timely matter for me being healed, Shawn and Randy have been stating "there's nothing we can do" numerous times. Theres Indiana codes for Worker's comp that is s...trictly not being followed. The insurer sent me to a doctor that said I was healed when I was in pain before I left his office. After a couple weeks I had to go to the local E.R. cause the pain was unbearable and expressed this to Randy and Shawn. Randy showed no concern for my stress between paying my bills late cause the TTD payments were late and now my health. The insurer is trying to send me to the same doctor that said I was healed and I have expressed through email how I wanted someone to see my injury for how it is and I am getting told the same thing. There is a form to Adjust the claim and we have every right to do so after the battle that keeps getting dragged on. I keep getting told I am overloading emails twice a week when I am keeping them up to date with my case that they can not see. I just want accurate treatment and compensation since this is very hard for a single mom that's use to working to deal with mentally and physically. This firm has hidden my other review which is not right.

Settlement was great but the communication and attitude of Randy and his staff were horrible. Would say they would reach out with an update then wouldn’t, months later I reached out to Randy just to be treated with contempt. After case was settled I had a question and was emailed with a very terse re...sponse and no answer, then they never responded again, I ended up paying money that I was made to believe had already been paid out as part of the settlement.
