Yetunde Freda Okunade

I liked her in the beginning until she scammed me out of thousands of dollars by quitting a MONTH before the final hearing and never returning any of my calls. She quit literally RIGHT AFTER I PAID HER. She lied and said that she switched to a new law firm and could no longer represent me but I see t...hat she still works for the same law firm. She never refunded me and is now ignoring my calls and emails. And to make matters worse she passes me off to a even more incompetent inexperienced lawyer that also NEVER answers the phone just like her. She’s very rude and UNHELPFUL when I asked her simple questions regarding my case. I didn’t feel like she was on my side the entire time, she was saying no to every request I would make and made me feel like a child and tell me that ‘that is just impossible to do’ like who’s wide are you on? If you’re my lawyer you should want to fight for me why do I feel like I have to pull teeth to get you to do things pertaining to my case? I wish I never chose her as my lawyer and did my research, now I am out of thousands of dollars and my final hearing date pushed back even further I am so unsatisfied and I regret ever choosing her. DO NOT waste your time and money she is the worst!!! Once this case is over I will be suing you for malpractice you owe me money!!! You can’t ignore my calls forever.

Ms. Yetunde is beyond a remarkable lawyer. The fact that I'm not that educated on the process of retaining g a lawyer, she made it fairly easy for me. Considering that I live outside of Indianapolis, IN, I just knew obtaining a lawyer was going to be difficult, but when Ms. Yetunde returned my pho...ne call, I knew immediately that I could breathe. She made the whole process very easy which put my fiancé and I to ease. While most lawyers capitalize on how to retrieve as much money as possible, Ms. Yetunde is just the opposite. Once we decided that we were going forward as lawyer and client partners, she hit the floor running. Anytime I needed to contact her, she responded in a timely manner. She ensured to keep me up to date with all the court transitions. I will refer her to anyone, including family and friends.

I'm new and I don't know everything about legal matters and how they are handled so after our initial meeting I had no problem hiring Ms. Okunade. She is very informative, communicable and has been very patient with me and my matters in my case. Being and active duty military member she had no issue ...making time to try and work around my schedule. Very collected individual and organized. Crosses all T's and dots all I's. Has no difficulty referencing the law during appointments, mediation, or court. Every experience and appointment with her has been pleasant. I haven't felt taken advantage of and I truly believe she has her client's best interests at heart. Her intention is to handle her client's issue with out negative confrontation with the opposing side. I would definitely recommend Ms. Okunade. A true definition of a professional.
