The company we went through, for our adoption, recommended Kirsch & Kirsch, P.C. We contacted their office and got a quick reply from Rob Kirsch. We set up a phone call to talk about the upcoming adoption; from the very beginning he was friendly and informative about everything. Being that we were in... a different state than the birth-mom, he discussed our options with us as we had the choice to go by her states adoption laws or our own states adoption laws. Although it actually made him less money, he helped us to make the decision that we felt was best. The birth-mom ended up going into labor about a week later so our original plan ended up changing. Rob was incredibly quick and efficient with getting everything done in a timely manner and helping us not to stress about anything other than getting to the hospital to see our son. A few days after the baby's birth, we had to go to court so the birth-mom could sign the surrender paperwork. Rob's communication with everyone was phenomenol and the court day was quick and easy. Rob even spoke to the Judge to see if we could give our statement, that day, so we wouldn't have to travel back there, in 6 months, for the finalization of the adoption. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend Rob Kirsch and his office if your adoption is in a state that they work in.

Our journey to adoption was quite a whirlwind, mostly because our timeline was so abbreviated! It was no fault to anyone, it’s just how the cards fell and we wouldn’t trade the experience for anything. Because of the quickness, we had to find an adoption attorney fast. Thankfully we were given a refe...rence from our adoption agency, Lifelong Adoptions, to hire Kirsh and Kirsh. These folks were absolutely incredible! From the very first conversation we had with Rob Kirsh, we felt so taken care of! We had several more conversations over a short period of time and we always felt like we were top priority and every question we asked was answered promptly and professionally! Adoption can be a rollercoaster, but having an attorney that specializes in adoption made the legal aspect of it a breeze. My wife and I adopted our daughter from TN in a private interstate adoption, and Rob Kirsh helped us out tremendously throughout the process! After years of struggling with infertility, my wife and I decided to adopt, and we were matched with a birth mother in TN. Shortly thereafter, we contacted Rob... based on a recommendation from a third party. Although we finalized the adoption in our home state, as our "Tennessee attorney," Rob handled everything in TN, and he did an excellent job! This was our first adoption, and we really had no idea what to expect. From the beginning, Rob was very easy to work with. He was easy to contact, he answered all the questions we had, he walked us through the whole process, he worked well with the birth mother, he worked well with the hospital staff where our daughter was born and with the hospital staff where she was transferred after birth, he handled all the legal requirements in TN, he handled making sure we complied with all of TN's requirements for the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children ("ICPC"), and he charged a very reasonable fee for all this work. Rob was very competent, experienced, on top of things, and honest. When we were ready to bring our daughter home after being in TN for 3 weeks, we hit a snag with complying with our home state's ICPC requirements (through no fault of Rob's), and Rob went above and beyond helping us get everything we needed to be able to comply with those requirements and come home. My wife and I really appreciate everything Rob did for us, and we definitely recommend Rob to anyone looking to adopt in TN, IN, or MS!
