Elissa is Senior Counsel at Siskind Susser PC. She handles primarily employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters for a variety of clients, including physicians and their employers, artists, entertainers and performers and investors. Specifically, Elissa has extensive experience preparing EB-1 and O-1 extraordinary ability petitions and J-1 visa waivers.
Prior to joining Siskind Susser, Elissa was an associate at two large law firms, White & Case LLP and Dechert LLP. She graduated magna cum laude from Villanova University Law School where she was also a member of the Order of the Coif. Elissa earned her bachelor's degree in anthropology, with a minor in German, at Washington University in St. Louis.
