He is a Fellow of the Academy of Adoption & Assisted Reproduction Attorneys (AAAA), serves on the Academy's Board of Trustees, and is AAAA's Treasurer.
Rob and his wife Amy live in Carmel, a suburb of Indianapolis. Their daughter Campbell and son Hudson are college students at Indiana University. Their goldendoodle Wilson loves belly rubs, car rides, and going to the office with Rob. Rob is an avid cyclist (indoor and outdoor).
To Rob, there is no more fulfilling type of work. He loves helping expectant moms turn challenging situations into positive ones, creating loving adoptive families, and working with his family and other adoption professionals to do the same!

Respected and Reliable in Every Adoption Matter
As a board-certified adoption attorney in Florida, I frequently work with professionals across the country—and Rob Kirsch is one of my go-to referrals. His depth of knowledge, professionalism, and dedication to the families he serves make him an exceptional advocate in the field of adoption. Rob hand...

DO NOT hire Rob Kirsh
Can’t stress this enough, stay away from Rob Kirsh. Terrible attorney. Doesn’t check in with all parties before placing a child with a family. He won’t put in the time and effort to make sure your adoption is understood by every one, birth father included. He’s willing to take short cuts and risk the...
Mehgan, As I addressed with you back in September, I am very sorry the adoption turned out as it did, I cannot imagine the emptiness you feel, and it was a horrible, terrible outcome. Without diminishing your heartache in any way, I will repeat, as I said in September, that the comments and allegations you've made about me and my work are unfounded, untrue, and offensive. By human nature, I certainly understand you want to blame someone, but that blame should not be directed at me. I stand by the legal advice, and explanations of the risks, I gave you and your wife. You chose to accept those risks (and, in fact, if I was in your shoes, I probably would have done the same thing), but that decision was yours. As an attorney, I can only explain the law and lay out the risks, but it is up to you, as the client, to make the ultimate decision. Again, I'm sorry the events turned out as they did. I wish you and your wife the best, but this review is unfair and unfounded.

The company we went through, for our adoption, recommended Kirsch & Kirsch, P.C. We contacted their office and got a quick reply from Rob Kirsch. We set up a phone call to talk about the upcoming adoption; from the very beginning he was friendly and informative about everything. Being that we were in...

Incredible experience!
Our journey to adoption was quite a whirlwind, mostly because our timeline was so abbreviated! It was no fault to anyone, it’s just how the cards fell and we wouldn’t trade the experience for anything. Because of the quickness, we had to find an adoption attorney fast. Thankfully we were given a refe...
