Great Attorneys

Rob Kirsh was a great attorney. Please give this agency and speak with him I wouldn’t been able to go through this process without him.

Respected and Reliable in Every Adoption Matter

As a board-certified adoption attorney in Florida, I frequently work with professionals across the country—and Rob Kirsch is one of my go-to referrals. His depth of knowledge, professionalism, and dedication to the families he serves make him an exceptional advocate in the field of adoption. Rob hand...les complex matters with both skill and compassion, and I always feel confident referring clients and colleagues to him. He’s a true leader in this area of law.

DO NOT hire Rob Kirsh

Can’t stress this enough, stay away from Rob Kirsh. Terrible attorney. Doesn’t check in with all parties before placing a child with a family. He won’t put in the time and effort to make sure your adoption is understood by every one, birth father included. He’s willing to take short cuts and risk the... adoption by not contacting all parents of the birth child. Again, his advice is bad, his judgement is bad, and he should not be practicing law.

Mehgan, As I addressed with you back in September, I am very sorry the adoption turned out as it did, I cannot imagine the emptiness you feel, and it was a horrible, terrible outcome. Without diminishing your heartache in any way, I will repeat, as I said in September, that the comments and allegations you've made about me and my work are unfounded, untrue, and offensive. By human nature, I certainly understand you want to blame someone, but that blame should not be directed at me. I stand by the legal advice, and explanations of the risks, I gave you and your wife. You chose to accept those risks (and, in fact, if I was in your shoes, I probably would have done the same thing), but that decision was yours. As an attorney, I can only explain the law and lay out the risks, but it is up to you, as the client, to make the ultimate decision. Again, I'm sorry the events turned out as they did. I wish you and your wife the best, but this review is unfair and unfounded.

10 out of 10 would recommend

The company we went through, for our adoption, recommended Kirsch & Kirsch, P.C. We contacted their office and got a quick reply from Rob Kirsch. We set up a phone call to talk about the upcoming adoption; from the very beginning he was friendly and informative about everything. Being that we were in... a different state than the birth-mom, he discussed our options with us as we had the choice to go by her states adoption laws or our own states adoption laws. Although it actually made him less money, he helped us to make the decision that we felt was best. The birth-mom ended up going into labor about a week later so our original plan ended up changing. Rob was incredibly quick and efficient with getting everything done in a timely manner and helping us not to stress about anything other than getting to the hospital to see our son. A few days after the baby's birth, we had to go to court so the birth-mom could sign the surrender paperwork. Rob's communication with everyone was phenomenol and the court day was quick and easy. Rob even spoke to the Judge to see if we could give our statement, that day, so we wouldn't have to travel back there, in 6 months, for the finalization of the adoption. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend Rob Kirsch and his office if your adoption is in a state that they work in.

Incredible experience!

Our journey to adoption was quite a whirlwind, mostly because our timeline was so abbreviated! It was no fault to anyone, it’s just how the cards fell and we wouldn’t trade the experience for anything. Because of the quickness, we had to find an adoption attorney fast. Thankfully we were given a refe...rence from our adoption agency, Lifelong Adoptions, to hire Kirsh and Kirsh. These folks were absolutely incredible! From the very first conversation we had with Rob Kirsh, we felt so taken care of! We had several more conversations over a short period of time and we always felt like we were top priority and every question we asked was answered promptly and professionally! Adoption can be a rollercoaster, but having an attorney that specializes in adoption made the legal aspect of it a breeze. Everyone at Kirsh and Kirsh took excellent care of us and we are so grateful for that!
