James F. Ludlow is an Indianapolis based attorney who is dedicated to helping injured people throughout Indiana and the United States. The vast majority of his clients have never been involved in a personal injury claim or have ever hired an attorney. In fact, they have no desire to do so now, but the severity of their injuries makes them realize that they really need legal representation. He brings over 33 years experience in representing personal injury clients and those who have lost loved ones because of someone’s carelessness or negligence. In each case, James strives to understand the precise nature and extent of a client's injury. By having an in-depth understanding of the specific injury, he can better assess how this injury may affect the client, both now and in the future. This understanding is critical in determining the amount of compensation that a client rightfully deserves.
