Help but no Help

I have had two different issues in which the Firm had helped me with. My fist case was a Work Comp claim. I submitted my claim and talked with Mr. Harts. After my meeting, Mr. Harts said e could not help me. I than sent my issue to Mrs. Golitko, I’m not sure if I explained better this time around but... was told that Mr. Harts will be taking my case, in which was settled out of court. My second case was an Auto Accident in which, Mr. Reichert took on and got me my Settlement. During my Second case, I was having issues with my Employer, such as being denied the right to file for Worker’s Compensation, I asked Mr. Reichet about this and he stated that he would not be able to take this on. I emailed both Mr. Golitko and Mrs. Golitko about my Employment issue and have not heard a response back for neither of them. It has been Months since I have reached out and asked for assistance. This is why I am giving them a 3 star Rating.
