Biography
Sarah has been licensed to practice law in Indiana since 1988. She has spent most of her career with the UAW Legal Services Plan practicing in the Estate Planning (including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and living wills), Estate Administration, Guardianship, Adoption, Name Change, and Real Estate Litigation areas. The position with the UAW Legal Services office was a good mix with raising her two daughters who are now young adults. She was able to assist a steady stream of clients yet work reasonable hours, so her time could also be devoted to maximizing quality time with her daughters.
In 2012, the UAW Legal Services Plan began to wind down operations, preparing for a closure of the offices. This led to Sarah initiating the exciting venture of being a solo practitioner. Sarah settled on her locaton in Lockerbie Marketplace (Mass Ave. district) because it is a short bike ride from her Irvington home, close to the City-County building, and offers free two hour parking as well as easy access from the interstate. She also has offices on the north side of Indianapolis and in Fishers.
Sarah offers her many years of experience at reasonable rates to afford all people with access to good legal planning and representation. In addition to practicing law and helping people, Sarah enjoys Lake Michigan, gardening and travel in her free time.
