Gender marker change
Barbara was our legal counsel for a gender marker change court order. The matter was trickier than usual because we are out-of-state residents and this area of law (name changes, etc.) is normally based on residence. She was fantastic to work with, very knowledgeable, and got us exactly what we needed. Highly, highly recommended!

Adoption and Estate Planning
Barbara is an excellent attorney. She prepared all of our estate documents and handled our second parent adoption--she is very familiar with laws/procedures and was able to provide guidance when we needed to make decisions. She also handled every detail very well--we had a name change in the middle of the adoption proceedings, and she was careful to ensure that all appropriate documents that needed to be updated got taken care of. We highly, highly recommend her.

Estate docs: Reliable analysis and preparation to meet your needs
We have used Barb's services for many years - through two sets of estate documents (including powers of attorney and wills). More recently she has worked with my parents to update their estate documents as well. I appreciate Barb's professionalism and ability to guide us through this planning process. I asked Barbara to prepare my Last Will and Testament, Durable Power of Attorney, etc. She was very easy to talk to, led me through the process with great questions, and alerted me to things I had not even considered. If I need legal advice in the future, I will go to her first and if she cannot help, will accept her recommendation without reservation.
