The best family law attorney

Best Lawyer Ever!

George helped my husband and I through a very tough custody battle and an adoption. If not for him, I wouldn't have my family and I'll never be able to thank him enough. It was a very challenging case, and it took a lot of work, so it wasn't cheap. But without his guidance, knowledge and legal savvy, I would not have had the wonderful outcome I got - I would pay it again a thousand times over. No legal battle is ever cheap, but the best part is that my ex paid about 4 times what I did.....and lost!! :-) (Is it wrong that I take so much joy in that?) Thank you, George!! You gave me my family and made us whole. I'll never forget that. I have referred EVERYONE I know that needs a family law attorney to George and will always do so!

George A. Simpson has been a licensed attorney in Indiana since 1989, most of which he has focused on divorce and family law related matters. George was admitted in the first group of lawyers in Indiana allowed to distinguish themselves as Certified Family Law Specialists as certified by the Indiana State Bar Association Family Certification Board. George has been a solo practicioner since 1998 who, along with his paralegal, Chad, take pride in handling divorce and family law cases for their clients with the detail allowed in a small office focused on individual attention. The small firm environment also allows George to tailor his rates such that most individuals can afford services not available at larger high overhead offices, while maintaining the high quality service everyone deserves.

George is married to his wife of 25 years (also a lawyer) and has three children and three granddaughters. His hobby is car racing and following his son, Jimmy Simpson, who has raced Indy Lights and hopes to race in the Indianapolis 500 some day.

The best family law attorney

Mr. Simpson is an amazing attorney. He is compassionate, intelligent and was available whenever I had questions during my divorce. He walked me through the process during the consultation and explained everything to me. He had a lot of patience with all my questions. He got me everything I wanted and more. I have recommended him to a few people already and will continue to do so.

Awesome service from both Mr. Simpson and his paralegal Chad Bosworth!

If I could I would hire this lawyer for all affairs and whatnot. Mr. Simpson and his paralegal Chad Bosworth helped me through some child support issues I was going through. I hired him to investigate the cause thinking it was something with the Indiana child support office and it came down to my employer's Payroll Company that was at fault. Everything is settled and I would hire him again in a heartbeat for any family related court issues in the future.

Best possible outcome

I was married for forty-five years and never expected to go through a divorce. Both George Simpson and Chad Bosworth, his paralegal, were very kind and extremely helpful throughout my entire divorce process. Their guidance and encouragement were invaluable. Mr. Simpson worked hard to make sure my interests were protected and helped me understand financial implications essential to my future security. He CARES

I have worked with several different attorneys for various reasons. I have never met anyone as concerned about their clients as George. He truly cares about the outcome of each case. He is extremely dedicated to his work and his costs are budget oriented. I feel confident knowing that George solely focuses on Family Law. Compassionate & knowledgeable Adoption Attorney

Mr. Simpson helped my husband and I adopt our son and he was so very compassionate during the whole process. Even though we were worried about the process, Mr. Simpson was always confident and kept us in a positive mindset. We are truly greatful for Mr. Simpson's help and if I or any of my family or friends ever need an attorney for a family matter, I would strongly suggest Mr. Simpson!!!!
