Would not return any calls text or emails. Failed to call when scheduled a call. Had not responded to any form of communication for 3 weeks. Says they are very responsive l. But they are not. I know several people who are going through the same thing. So not sure the good reviews are real. I’m going ...through the same thing as the ones who have posted the lack of communication.

My name is James Poole you promised to contact me and did not regarding my child custody case. The first time I hired Nathan I paid him and I lost my kids and because of this the mother took my children out of state and I have not seen them since 2019 , there is no communication you have promised to ...call me and speak to me regarding my case and fall through everytime . I need you to withdraw so I can contact another lawyer to take my case this is horrible ive never been treated like this by a lawyer before

Fails to advocate, bring evidence and work for the outcome that was agreeable. I hired him in 2015 when I had joint custody a full time job and affordable housing. Although innocent yet accused, he failed to defend my position, bring critical evidence, ask for a continuance nor inform me on my cho...ices going forward. I lost joint custody, my house and my trust in Lawyers. He fought for my ex, not me.

i was hopeful when i hired nathan and now couldn't be more disappointed with him and the position i am in which is worse than i started out in. his lack of communication, his lack of knowledge about things that could be done throughout my case (resulted in me looking up the information to tell him), ...his lack of follow-through in actually filing things needing to be filed along with requesting to be filed, and his lack of concern or compassion for the custody case i hired him for is beyond disturbing. i wouldn't recommend him to anyone and would actually tell people if you are in need and actually want help fighting for your cause - you won't get what you are looking for from him. i wish i could say something better but i can't.
