Took care of everything

When my mom was hospitalized after a really bad automobile accident, and after talking several times with the insurance company of the party at fault, we hired Mr. Elward to guide us through the process. From the time he began, up to the very end of the case, Pat handled everything, keeping me infor...med but taking care of the details so that things ran smoothly (and that all expenses were covered) without requiring my constant attention. I would fully recommend him to anyone who finds themselves in a position of dealing with insurance companies or Medicare. I can tell you from personal experience that the insurance company knows all the angles, and I wouldn't want to go through it without someone who also knows those angles and is also looking to protect my interests.

Overall Satisified

Mr. Edwards was very quick to get with me after I called him and was very easy to contact throughout the case. He gave me his cell number and even got back with me when he and his family were on vacation. I was happy with the outcome believing it to be fair and Mr. Edwards even waved a percentage ...of his fee to help bring up the money that I received for my injuries. After the case had settled and he was paid, he even did a follow-up service that was needed at no charge. In fairness there were areas that I pushed harder than I think he advised and in dealing with my insurance I had to ask him to negotiate with my insurance beyond what he had intended. In whole I was satisfied with his service and will contact him should I ever need an attorney again.

Gentle Strength

Pat represented us after an accident (a car hit husband, while he was riding a motorcycle). We were referred to Pat by our Estate Planning atty. As we have not needed an injury/accident lawyer before, he explained everything with gentle patience-- as if we were the only people he was working with.... We were immediately comfortable with Pat from the start. We could tell he's had many years of experience, and had even worked with the insurance companys' adjustors before, knowing what to expect from each. Pat was confidence-inspiring, yet down-to-earth and supportive. Highly recommended.
