About Chase
Biography
I currenty reside in Franklin Township with my wife, Alyssa, our two children, Wilder and Indiana, and our two dogs, Marvin and Rita. I was born and raised in a working class household with two incredible parents from which I learned the value of hard work, dedication, and treating people with decency no matter what. Those values and others learned from being involved in athletics my entire life have molded not only my way of thinking, but the way I see the world.
After graduating from East Central High School in southern Indiana, I went on to attend Indiana State University where I studied Political Science, graduating in 2013. During my time at Indiana State I was a proud member of multiple organizations, most notably the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity, Theta Omicron Chapter.
From there I ventured on to study law at the Indiana University - Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis and graduated in May of 2016. While atteding law school I was fortunate to clerk at both Mitchell, Hurst, Dick & McNelis and the Law Office of William W. Hurst, LLC where I am now employed as an attorney.
As a personal injury and constitutional rights lawyer I handle excess force cases, denial of medical care cases, car accident claims, truck accident claims, slip & fall cases, gun shot injuries, and many other types of injury claims.
